In the heart of Baguio city and walking distance to most touristy places. Kenneth is very responsive and just a message away, likewise the caretaker Ate Myra who lovingly shares stories and offers help with luggages. Check in was a breeze as both Miguel and Ate Myra were there to meet us. The place is what you see in the photos, rooms were well kept and there is a mini kitchen where you can cook, free drinking water and a fridge for convenience. We stayed as a group of 10 people, and the only mishap would be waiting for your friends using the bathroom. Overall experience was great! Plus points, there’s a family mart at the ground floor.

The unit could accommodate 10 but is perfect for 6-8pax. If you are very picky and easily bothered by the small details, this may not be for you. But the honesty of Kennette and his staff is commendable. I left my watch when we checked out and they messaged he me right away. I picked it up from their transient place after a few days. There was also a little incident with the wall socket in their kitchen and they were able to send help quickly. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.
