The local area:
Ilfracombe's sea front is a 10-15 minute walk from the property, and boasts Damien Hirst's infamous "Verity".
Leisure boats run in peak season from the harbour, and if your luck, you may catch sight of seals and dolphins.
There are numerous local coffee shops and restaurants, as well as chains such as Costa and Wetherspoons.
The historic Tunnels Beaches are a 10 minute walk, whilst Bicclescombe Park, also a 10 minute walk has lovely gardens full of nature's finest trees and flowers. The Mill tearoom has recently been reinvented, serving light lunches, traditional cream teas and ice cream in a unique setting.
Some of the country's top, award winning beaches are within a short drive, and well worth a visit. Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are the surfer's paradise of North Devon.
If its walking you enjoy, you have an abundance of Insta-worthy coastal routes on offer, as well as Exmoor National Park.
North Devon's Bioshpere Reserve is a UNESCO site, covering 55 square miles. Centered on Braunton Burrows, if hosts the largest sand dune system in England.

The nearest bus stop is less than a five minute walk from the property with a frequent service to the beautiful beach areas of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde as well as the towns of Braunton, Barnstaple and Bideford.

Ilfracombe attractions are within easy walking distance of your accommodation, with a local Co-Op literally at the end of the road open until 9pm every day.
