The cottage is extremely good value for money , a very roomy cottage with everything you need for a break or holiday. Close to a beach and other coastal towns. Just what we wanted for a relaxed weekend. Communication was responded to quickly and check in was easy. Lots of places to visit whilst there such as Betws-y-Coed for a relaxed lunch and shopping. Lots of waterfalls and amazing walks to hand alongside Snowdonia mountains.

We arrived on Boxing Day and it was really cold inside with no logs for fire, there was no hot water straight away - we had to wait 30mins for it to heat up. There was nowhere to buy milk locally and the only way to heat the front room was to have the wood burner lit all the time which wasn’t very practical. The cottage is in need of redecorating and a few simple touches to welcome us would have been nice- bread, milk, wood etc. It would be useful to have basic things for cooking such as oil. It felt very dated and not very comfortable during the day although the beds were really comfortable and we slept well. Communication was excellent but unfortunately our trip didn’t match our expectations.

It was a wonderful vacation in a wonderful place! We really liked everything, the sea is 1 minute from the house, everything was incredibly homely! I liked everything very much and the hosts were wonderful!

Lovely cosy cottage with everything you need in a picturesque village, …. Quality furnishings and warm and friendly villagers. The hosts are very responsive amenable and I would definitely recommend a stay… looking forward to our next visit! Thank you Debs and Sharon

Beautiful location and charming little cottage. Glasfor is in a beautiful village, very close to the sea. The accommodation itself is very nice; a comfortable and cosy living room with a decent TV, WiFi and Xbox. The kitchen is well equipped. For our stay the kitchen was not stocked with the cooking oil, salt and pepper mentioned in the listing. The host supplied three dishwashing tablets, sufficient for our stay but it would have been helpful if they had left some dishwashing detergent as well and some hand soap. The upstairs bedrooms are well furnished and the mattress in the double bedroom is comfortable. The bathroom is small but fine. For our visit the host had only supplied half a toilet roll, not really sufficient for a three night stay and again, some hand soap in the bathroom would have been a thoughtful touch. Downstairs the floors were a bit grubby when we visited and would have benefitted from a deep clean.
