Insgesamt war die Unterkunft modern eingerichtet, auf den 1. Blick sauber und mit Fußmarsch lässt sich das Zentrum gut erreichen. Gefehlt hat uns ein Salz- und Pfefferstreuer, da es anders beschrieben wurde. Der Geschirrspüler reinigt das Geschirr so gut wie gar nicht. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig (Nachbarn und Straßenlärm). Der Müll wird während des Aufenthaltes nicht abgeholt, was nach einer Woche für einen unerträglichen Geruch sorgt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Die Küche ist mit Küchengeräten und Geschirr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Immer schnelle antworten und entgegenkommend.

We were satisfied with the accommodation and the hosts and are happy to recommend it. The apartment was clean and spacious, sufficiently equipped. The host responded willingly and quickly to our messages. The only reason I didn't give full stars everywhere was the lack of a balcony (a large opening French window with seating). According to the photos, we expected it and it was the main reason why we booked this accommodation. It was a little disappointing for us in the beginning.

Very easy check-in, really nice apartment and private parking was a bonus. Would stay again next time we're in Catania.

Clean and chill apartment in a calm neighbourhood. Recommend for short stays. However, the kitchen is not enough equipped for longer stays.
