The sitting room, featuring beamed vaulted ceilings, offers comfortable sofas set around a Smart television, and the option to bring the outdoors in via a door to the patio. A dining table with seating for four invites guests to gather round and share stories of the day's adventures. Leading to a well-equipped kitchen, this area is perfect for entertaining at home. Exposed flint walls create a dramatic backdrop for both bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed, with the second bedroom offering twin beds. Facing east, the front patio enjoys views across open farmland, as does the north facing back patio. Garden furniture is available on both patios. There is an allocated parking space for one car. Guests are able to enjoy the complex's 13m x 6m heated indoor pool, open daily between 09.00hrs and 18.30hrs. Outside the pool complex is a play area featuring wooden climbing frame and swings. The Felmingham is a superb base from which to explore this wonderful area of North Norfolk. With a multitude of independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and some of the best fish and chips for miles around, plus expansive beaches, picturesque villages and nearby National Trust properties galore, you'll be spoilt for choice! There is not a washing machine in the property, but there are two washing machines, plus a tumble dryer, in the communal Laundry Hut on site. Please note: both patio areas are not enclosed.
