My wife and I enjoyed staying at Jo's 2-bedroom private casita suite. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. Jo did an excellent job adding some little perks that made our stay more enjoyable. She was very responsive to my questions and even promptly handled an issue I had with a lock. The location is safe and close to many of the newer restaurants and stores in Surprise. Since we were in Surprise for KC Royals Spring Training, we were pleased with how quickly we could get from Jo's house to Surprise Stadium. If you're in Surprise and need a nice, clean two-bedroom suite, I highly recommend Jo's place.

Safe location, in a beautifully manicured area. Close to many outdoor amenities. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Host was quick to respond to questions and my family had a nice stay in Jo’s place. ***I was confused upon finding out that it is not a full house (no kitchen, living room, or driveway to use). The owner of this nice set up is in the main house while you stay. What is being rented is a cozy living area attached to the property. I do feel like that could’ve been more clear in the description but the host was quick to assure me it would be a nice stay and she was right. It is perfect for the on the go traveler***

The space was fine. However, the house was listed as an entire home, that wasn’t true. There was another person staying in the rear of the home who I could hear the whole time. They just built a door to separate the front of the house with the rear. I was basically sharing a home with a stranger. Had I known that, I would not have booked.

Jo provided a very clean environment to stay in! I was able to find the location and there was a lot of street parking. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood! Thing to note, is that there is no kitchen and living room. Great for individuals who just need a place to shower and sleep, not to hangout on free time.

Overall, our stay was great! Very clean, lots of complimentary snacks and details that were very welcoming. There was a bit of confusion with the rules, where it says no overnight guests/visitors and 4 guests max. I asked if two guests can visit (totaling 4 people at one time) and that they will not be staying overnight. We were told absolutely no guests at all. I mentioned my newborn being there and was then told no children under the age of 13 but that isn’t listed in the rules or any messages prior to that. I think it was a misunderstanding.
