The swim park is open daily (weather permitting), and the water slide is available Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend only. Food and beverage options include The Cypress Club Lodge and The Swim Park Bar & Grill, open seasonally. A courtesy day dock is available for no extra charge at the marina, while boat slips can be reserved in advance for an additional fee. Immediately after you pass the Welcome Center on your left, you will see Allura Pointe Villas, then turn right to the Treehouses. 19209 is on the right side of Lost Tree. There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Garage and street parking are not available. Additional parking is located across the street from the Welcome Center. Please note that parking in any unspecified areas may result in parking fines and vehicle towing.
