This is one of the best best rentals we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot!!! Nice quiet surroundings right on the water. We loved eating breakfast on the covered porch and spending time around the fire pit during the evenings. The cottage had almost anything we needed and was in pristine condition. Thank-you again for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back in the future.

The house was good, would be a great place for families. It is RIGHT on top of other houses, though, so I wouldn’t say that it’s private. There is “private” access to the lake with a “private” beach, but again, the neighbors houses are right there. Nothing wrong with that, just worth mentioning. The bed was more comfortable than a hotel bed but less comfortable than our own bed at home. House seemed to have everything we needed except every single towel was hidden in the dryer so we had to go hunting for them. Overall it was a nice place to relax for a weekend. It is extremely far away from “town” or any restaurants or family activities. You’ll be driving at least 30 mins each way to do or see anything, but there is a Dollar General right down the road so that’s handy for necessities.

Comfy Cabin that was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful location and wonderful hosts. Very responsive and helpful. Memorable stay on the beautiful Greer’s Ferry Lake.

good water pressure, comfy beds, nice decor, full size appliances including a washer & dryer, but no dishwasher. plenty of supplies to last for a long weekend. great indoor/outdoor living. my husband and i thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful retreat on the lake. the cottage is in a rural location, but there is a dollar general on the main road before you turn off the highway in case you forgot something. We brought all the food we needed so we would not have to venture out. great place to relax!

Really great place and an amazing view. Roger was very responsive and nice. It made for a terrific quiet weekend.
