This place is awesome!!! Clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Everything is up to date, but the bathrooms are exquisitely nice. Please make Dawn's place your next choice to stay in Negril!

Dawn was an absolute god send, from I found her hidden gem on air BnB I booked my flight and she did not disappoint. The house was absolutely beautiful, just like the description and pictures, everything was clean and fresh and we just felt so safe and secure as 2 woman staying on our own. I had asked the lovely dawn if she was able to set up a birthday surprise for my best friend and she really came through with what I had asked for which was just wonderful as she went out of her way to help me. Now for me the location was perfect close to absolutely everything we needed and of course was in my favourite part of Jamaica just off the 7 mile beach which is a perfect spot as you will see tourists but you get to live and move with the locals which really will make you just fall in love with Jamaica even more. I cannot express how beautiful dawn has set the house out its is open and airy and light and has the perfect space to just relax and feel at home, this will forever be my 1st choice

Dawn was very fast on responding to any issues we had. By far one of the best places I’ve stayed in Jamaica. I would definitely book with Dawn again. Felt right at home. Place was clean and very modern. All instructions were clear

Well were should I start. This place was amazing it looked better in real then it did in the pictures, The whole apartment was spotless, and Dawn even left snacks, water and beers in the fridge, there was also nice selection of teas and coffee, the bedrooms are beautiful, bright, fresh and airy , all rooms have 50 inch tvs with a large selection of channels. The bathrooms are beautiful design with great power showers. Negril estate is going to be the best place to be on the island in years to come as there are some amazing amazing mansion up there and I am sure me , family and friends will definitely be back up there again by “Dawns hidden Gem” As for the lady herself, she is 💯 professional and has a professional team working for her , any time i contacted her she would rely in minutes and and problem I had one of her team would be out asap to sort the problem out , not that I had problems as such, just couldn’t work out the Wi-Fi which Sammy came within .15, minutes and sorted it.
