The house is clean and spacious with so many thoughtful details. Our favorite part was the beautiful backyard. Kuan was very friendly and communicative, making our stay very comfortable. Exceeded our expectations!

I rented this house as a central location to be able to gather with my family over Easter weekend. My sister and her husband and me and my 84 year old Mom arrived on Friday and checked out Monday morning. The house is charming and clean and full of nice touches( snacks, coffee, toiletries etc) I would have given it five stars all the way but the layout ended up being challenging for my Mom- the first floor bed is a bit high and the stairs to second floor are steep with a railing that’s a bit of a challenge. The house was described accurately and worked well for most of us. We invited other family over for dinner and were able to use the different rooms to spread out and catch up. Nearly everyone missed the driveway on the first try but once it was familiar, there is plenty of parking and a nice yard. I had my little cockapoo with me and she enjoyed the outside space for our walks. Juan could have been more kind or communicative and responsive. A great location too.

Kuan was awesome! He was extremely kind and thoughtful. He left us a beatiful thank you card upon check in a bottle of wine and tons of snacks. He always got back to us immediately after reaching out to him. He even allowed to have a later check out. His home was clean and beautiful in every way possible. You absolutely will not regret booking your next visit to the Boston area in Kuan's historic home. Thank you Kuan and God's richest blessings to you and your family!

I’ve now stayed with Kuan twice. He truly is an amazing host. Kuan is friendly, proactive, and responds very quickly to his guests. He even left a lovely note and gift! The home itself is my favorite rental I’ve ever stayed in! The architecture and decor are stunning, and every piece of furniture is super comfortable. The neighborhood is not too busy during the day and beautifully peaceful at night. Kuan provides every need and amenity, and there are plenty of care items for guests too. My family and I truly loved my stay and cannot wait to return again!
