Another great stay at Paul’s place. True family place, made us felt right at home. Good location, could walk to the beach playground and downtown restaurants easily with kids. Will come back :)

Paul's house was the perfect rental! It was pristinely clean and my family was instantly at home. Really nice design throughout the house and the pool area is lovely. The location is very convenient, just a minute into town. Paul was a really helpful and communicative host. Can't wait to come back!

Paul was an exceptional host. He was communicative and accommodating. His house was pristine and exceeded the listing photos. We traveled with a toddler and an infant and were extremely comfortable. The house has a crib, pack n play, infant bath tub, sound machines (hatch), children’s books, toys, high chairs, and a learning tower. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperatures. It was extremely easy to play music through the sonos system in the house and outside near the pool area. The house was homey and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future.

Had such a fantastic time! Perfect for my 9 month old and toddler…supplied with toys, high chairs, books! Bright, clean, wonderfully furnished house. Beautiful pool. Walkable, convenient location. Loved it! And Paul was a super helpful, knowledgeable, communicative host. 10/10!!!

We daughters and I just spent a few days at this wonderful house and we cannot say enough great things about it. Paul was an absolute pleasure to communicate with throughout the entire process - everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out. The house is exactly as pretty as photos portray it and the location is prime, just a short walk into town. We highly recommend this house!
