Relaxing dog friendly Entire Home with Private outdoor pool, outdoor shower, & full kitchen, steps from the beach! Enjoy a beach getaway on the South end of Tybee. Walking distance from Tybee's restaurants and bars. Extremely convenient location and free parking! *****Please note: This Home is two units in a duplex, including an upper and lower unit. This LISTING is for the entire home both the upper and lower units.***** This listing is for the entire duplex (both the upper and lower units) with two screened in front porches, outdoor seating areas, and access to a connected private pool area with a grill. This listing is for the ENTIRE home, great for families with adolescent children, couples, or larger families and groups traveling together looking for private amenities while having private access to the entire property, as the lower unit is separate from the top unit. (Separate entrances for each unit. There is no access between units inside the house). The lower unit boasts a foosball table and seating area in a screened in porch, a smart tv and couch, two bedrooms with windows overlooking the pool deck (Bedroom 1 has 2 queen sized beds and Bedroom 2 has 1 King size bed), and a kitchenette with small dining area. The top unit boasts a breezy screened in porch with a porch swing, seating area, and a full size kitchen with a smart tv and comfortable couches for post beach day relaxation. The top unit consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a bunk bed (top bunk is twin size and bottom bunk is full size). NOTE: The down stairs is not connected in the inside of home. You can only access the downstairs unit by going outside and entering through the downstairs screened in porch.

This place was a wonderful experience! Pictures matched my expectations and the hosts were very responsive. The location was great as well since you could walk to the beach and places right in Tybee!
Please do not waste your money and stay here. Bugs inside beds and throughout the bottom half of property. Toilets overflowed for no reason. Hard to get inside of. House was not clean at all, it appeared it wasn’t cleaned for our stay. On check out they ask you NOT to strip the bed in capital letters and this is because the mattresses are stained. I have been demanding a refund for our horrible stay and the company has been refusing to answer me. Save your money, stay somewhere better.
Had some issues checking in & with the lock but the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, solved the issue quickly. The place was perfect for my bachelorette. Clean, and fit a lot of guests. The pool was amazing. The house is in the perfect location on the island and we were able to walk everywhere. The beach is right across the street. 25 minute ride to downtown Savannah. We will definitely stay again.
We loved staying here! There was a lot to do within walking distance (the beach was maybe a ten minute walk). There’s a convenience store and coffee shop right next door which was great to have. About a 30 minute Uber ride to Savannah, sometimes hard to get but it might have just been the season we stayed here. The pool was great, the heater was a nice touch as it wasn’t super warm when we came. The two apartments had separate entrances and didn’t connect which I didn’t realize when booking but it worked out well enough. We had 11 girls staying here so space was a little tight but we made it work! Tybee is so beautiful and we would def come back!
We had a great stay! The home is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pool was nice. We had an issue with the door lock when we arrived and they came right out to help. I would recommend bringing extra towels and wash cloths if you’re staying for several days. Would definitely stay here again!

The Splash Inn is located directly on the main strip of Tybee Island (where highway 80 turns into Butler Avenue). The closest beach access by foot is located on 13th street across the street!
Free parking is available at the property in a spacious, gravel lot. Once you are settled, there are options to rent bikes for the duration of your stay on the island. However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants, as well as shops so it won't be necessary to purchase transportation if you do not want to.
Parking throughout the island is metered to the city of Tybee, and is strictly enforced. Ensure you download the Tybee parking app or pay the parking meter if you decide to park anywhere on the island that is not the Splash Inn's parking lot.
