I had a great time and the condo was perfect. I hope to come back and rent the unit again. The whole experience was really easy for all aspects and couldn’t be happier.

The condo was perfect for us (family of 4) but would also work well for two couples. Two full bathrooms and good separation between the bedrooms. We booked it for the ocean views and it did not disappoint. The sunrises were stunning and sitting on the balcony overlooking the dunes and beach was lovely. Access to the beach was perfect and my kids loved the pool. The home was clean and comfortable. The hosts provided everything you would need for a stay at the beach including beach chairs and a cooler bag! The home had some toys and lots of games that my kids loved and the hosts provided some snacks and staple items (like coffee!!) that was so helpful as we arrived later in the evening and didn’t have to rush out to the store. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Dawn and Paul were outstanding hosts. They were available immediately when I called with questions about getting in, and they were extremely flexible around the particulars of our stay. They worked with us on a few details to make the whole trip fantastic and were super responsive and just so nice to deal with. The condo itself is absolutely ideally located - you can’t ask for a nicer place to stay. The pool was great (and very warm!), and the boardwalk down to the beach was a great spot to watch launches from the space port. All in all, definitely a fantastic value for the money. We’ll be back!

Great stay at Dawn’s place. Pictures are accurate, great view, location to beach and pool. Can hear the ocean at night, just what I wanted. Good place to stay with kids, lots of beach toys and we added a few more to the stash. Had one issue with the TV, not urgent but they fixed that day. Kitchen/appliances are a little dated but everything works. Would definitely stay here again!
