We were happy to find Glenda’s home available very last minute. The house was exactly how it looks in the listing. Located right across the street from the beach and walking distance from bars & restaurants. We only wish we had more time to spend in the home and in the area. We were there for a very long swim competition in nearby Salina’s and were happy to come back to a spacious, clean and comfortable home to rest up in. Glenda was super responsive and helpful and even offered to mail back something we left behind. Thank you Glenda. We hope to visit again soon.

This was our second stay at the beach house and we are looking forward to our next visit already. Glenda’s apartment was exactly as described and we enjoyed our walks around Arroyo, the convenient location near the malecon and the close by other small towns. Glenda was a lovely responsive host and we appreciated the accommodation greatly.

Excelente lugar...muy tranquilo, limpio y fresco. Extra mega LIMPIO...hasta El piso brillaba. Lo recomiendo. La pasè muy bien junto a mi familia, pasamos una despedida de año muy Bonita allì. Tiene el.malecón de Arroyo a pasos caminando. Muy accessible todo.

Beautiful place. Very peaceful and relaxing. You walk to local store for necessities and walking distance to restaurants. Morning coffee on the upper balcony was great with view of the ocean. Would definitely stay again. We also met Luis and another gentleman forgot his name. But they were very friendly and polite. I did made them aware of two of the dinning chairs coming apart so no one on the next stay gets hurt and Luis came right away and took the chairs down to fix them. I would definitely stay again.

The actual house is great, clean and very comfortable. It does not have an oven, besides that everything is there for you to stay. Arroyo is a cute little town in the south of Puerto Rico, very laid back and with great locals very friendly people. The beaches are not really that good, loots of trash and rocks. There is a VFW type bar right across the street from the house, it was not open when we were there so i can't comment on the noise issues there. She is a great host and very attentive, was on top of everything right away and even recommend us a few places to eat.
