We are only 3 minutes away from the boardwalk of Arroyo where you can enjoy good food, drinks, and music. Also Pharmacies, Supermarket, (Water Park) Arroyo Surfing Park, beach and touristic places. The property has three (3) private bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed Bedroom 2: Full Bed Bedroom 1: Bunk Bed (Full and Twin) The rooms have curtains and a minimalist decoration that will make you feel at home.

Leiza was very responsive at all times, even past midnight. Very resourceful, extremely empathetic and proactive. Will definitely stay again.
Multiple times the bathtub overflow with toilet feces and urine. Horrible smell, safety and sanitation hazard.
Home was clean, comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. Host was very responsive and professional.

Quiet and familiar place. Just minutes from the beach, Malecon, Hospital, Supermarket, Pharmacies, Public Plaza, Restaurants and / or Fast Food, Gas Station and Shopping Center. Everything you may need will be less than 5 minutes drive from the property.
Recommendation: Private Vehicle
Arroyo is a charming town with a lot of history, you will have many activities to do or just relax.
