Jacob was a great host! He was very responsive and flexible with us! His home was clean and comfortable. A bit dated, but nothing that harmed the stay. Relatively close to Loretta Lynn's ranch for the National which was a huge plus!

The place was large and spacious with great view. Enjoyed the serenity of the area. Our issue was with cleanliness. After finding clothes in dryer abd dirty rags in washer and the pot on the kitchen counter with someone elses food residue and liquid i couldnt use the kitchen without cleaning it. I left the pot of stuff where it was on the counter. There wasnt anywhere to remove the trash to from inside the house so it stacked up in the kitchen. There was crumbs and pet hair in living room on floor, tables, pool table, and sofas. The bathrooms had bacteria growing in the bottom of the toilets in the flush drain. The down stairs basement is part finished with half bath and bed and clothes chest down there. Its drab and dirty, clothes in the drawers. There was a part roll of papertowel in bath w/ looked like mouse pee on it. I started to clean down there and decided that i was paying a cleaning fee and shouldnt have to clean it on vacation. we opted not to use it and shut door.
