Next to an old church built in the late 1800’s/early 1900’s, (neighbors own & marked no trespassing), 3 mi to Bear Creek boat launch, 4 mi to Walmart and 7 mi to downtown. Waverly is “Hometown USA” offers several restaurants with home country cooking & a movie house for a nice family night or a quiet evening out. Open floor plan in general areas, master bedroom sleeps 2 with walk in closet to store your clothes and private bathroom, second bedroom has a full size bed with a smaller walk in closet for clothes and a dresser, third bedroom has a futon that lays out to sleep 2, a twin size air mattress can be added to this bedroom if need with prior notice, with a small walk in closet with pull out drawers and hangers for clothes, second & third bedroom share a communal bathroom. Full size washer & dryer in laundry room as well as folding counter, iron & board, cleaning items available for the quick clean up of a mess or disinfecting wipes for any kind of touch up, kitchen stocked with what you would need to cook full meals or a quick snack. We now have internet with smart televisions in master bedroom and living room with all the latest apps ready to watch. DVD player available, Walmart has a Redbox available for dvd rental and tv has mirroring capabilities. The house is located in a rural area, cell service is spotty, but a house phone is hooked up for you to use as needed.
