Our cottage offers a peaceful and tranquil setting on the banks of the Kentucky Lake. Along with a fully furnished, stylishly decorated comfortable place to relax, you also have a boat launch and dock to enjoy. You can bring your own boat or feel free to use our kayaks to get out on the water and explore or test your luck on catching the big one. The Waverly River Cottage is one level so there aren’t any steps to deal with. The living area has a sleeper sofa and rocking chair in front of the rock gas fireplace with remote. We have strong Wi-Fi and phone service here. There is a smart TV above the fireplace that you can log into and watch your favorite shows. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. Coffee, sweetener, sugar, salt and pepper are provided, along with dishes, pots and pans. There is a small table and chairs for dining indoors. You have views of the river from the kitchen window and out the double doors that lead to a covered deck. The deck has sting lights, gas grill, and table and chairs for outdoor dining. A fish cleaning station is next to the deck. There is a fire pit in the back yard. The boat launch and dock are available if you want to bring your boat. We also have 2 kayaks and corn hole boards for you to use. The bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. There is a large closet for your personal belongings. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. We also have extra linens and pillows for sofa sleeper and a pack-n-play is available. The bathroom has a custom tile shower. No tub. There are plenty of towels and tp. The roads to our cottage are all paved and there is parking near the front entrance of the cottage. We also have plenty of room if you want to bring a boat. We are approx 6 miles from Waverly and Walmart. It’s the best spot in the river/lake. Come see for your self!
