Great place to stay for a relaxing weekend. Easy to find using the provided instructions and easy enough to enter using key safe. Dirt track up to the annex can be a difficult drive in a non 4x4 vehicle but doable. Zoe was easily contactable when we had an issue with the blinds. The annex had everything you need and more. Hot tub was lovely! We would definitely stay again!

I came for a quick winter break with my son and we had a fantastic stay. The annexe had everything we needed. There were lots of games to keep us busy in the evening & smart TV was easy to use. There was wine and chocolates which were appreciated and everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was really comfortable too- had a great sleep! The Wi-Fi is also really good here- I did have to work there for a few hours and it managed just fine which was a relief. We also loved the location, the annexe is on a quiet farm, when we were relaxing in the hot tub, all we could hear was nature and wildlife. In terms of the surrounding area we went to the Queen Elizabeth country park to walk the trails there, the trails were really well marked- this place is also great for bikes. Overall we had a great time with the highlights being the hot tub and quiet location. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a beautiful stay at Zoe’s place. It’s exactly as described and was in a completely tranquil setting. Zoe and her husband were really helpful and welcoming, and invited us to feed the alpacas and pigs which was a lot of fun. We had privacy and independence from the main house but knew we could ask if we needed anything. The Annex is in a lovely remote part of Hampshire but there’s a couple of pubs within walking distance. The hot tub was lovely too - we didn’t get the fire put going but that is a potential for next time!

A stunning, cosy annexe cottage. We loved the peace and quiet and the hot tub. The oub in Hawkley is walkable, and the food is delicious. Zoe was a perfect host - quick to respond and very helpful. RECOMMENDED!
