Unfortunately, bad experience. First, house was not at all cleaned. Hair in the sink, dirty dishes in the cupboard, empty food wrappers under the bed, dirty towel in the bedroom, smelled of cigarettes, animal hair on the rug, dead flies in the windows, un-vacummed, and unwashed bath mats. This is concerning especially with covid going on still and also because the price includes a cleaning fee. Next, things were just not working properly. Upstairs shower never got hot, the dishwasher too rusty to use, no dryer despite being listed, and the clothes drying rack was dripping rusty water. We booked for 5 people, there were only enough towels for 3. At least two of the three beds had very uncomfortable mattresses that led to persistent back pain. Finally, the description mentioned beach access as well as parking, and both were false We do not recommend anyone stay here unless all of these problems have been addressed. To end with a positive note, Hadilton was always responsive.
