My family and I had the perfect month stay in Cindy's property, it's simply the perfect beach house. The location of the oceanfront property with direct access to Ke Iki beach is unmatchable. The quality of life provided throughout our stay was a true blessing. Drinking coffee while taking a beach walk, biking to Foodland for essentials, morning runs in the sand. The house itself has everything you'd need, clean and super comfortable for 6 people. I would highly recommend Cindy's place, and hope to stay again soon!

We stayed at Cindy's place for one full month and really enjoyed it. It has a very authentic beach house vibe and the location is top notch. We have three kids under 5 and felt totally secure and safe in the neighborhood. We stayed in May and caught the tail end of a big swell when we arrived. The beach was definitely not kid-friendly upon arrival, but once the swell calmed down it was usually fine for small kids who are comfortable in the water and are willing to wear floaties. Having the beach access was super convenient and the location is also close to so many other beaches nearby. Haleiwa and Laie are short drives and it seems like there are endless hikes, beaches and interesting nooks to explore along the way. We rarely felt the need to venture further than that with so many fun things to do. There's also a really solid bike/running path right outside the gates that we took advantage of almost every day. The communal beach gear was also very convenient for us. Plenty of surf boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, etc. - not to mention the bikes! The house we stayed in had good beds, furniture and appliances. Each room also had AC units which helped our kids to cool off during the day and handy on nights with a lighter breeze. All-in-all I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was a solid experience all around!

The home is in a nice location. The beach is easily accessible down a walkway past 2 other homes. We loved staying on the north shore. We felt like the home could have been a little cleaner. Also, we were never able to get the wifi to work and the air conditioner in the kitchen/family room area didn't work. The garbage disposal was also broken. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the boogie boards and snorkel gear that are available for the guests.

The home is in good condition and there are several beach items to use BUT there is no ocean front. The only way to see or have access too the ocean is to go on a path between the other two homes on the property. Both these homes have ocean views and are truly “ocean front” property. This was a disappointment.
