Welcome to The Devereaux House located in Ellicottville New York. The Devereaux House is a mid-1800 farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2022. The private house is located on Rt 242, less than 10 minute drive to the village of Ellicottville NY, and sits on almost 2 acres of land surrounded by the beautiful hillside view landscapes. The house features a beautiful eat in kitchen with all the cooking amenities to make family meals or just cozy up at the coffee bar and take in the hill side views. There is plenty of seating through out the house or you can sit in the family room to relax with a book, watch your favorite shows on TV or enjoy conversation with your family or friends. The house offers 4 private bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and 1 half bath on the first floor, laundry room, sunroom, front porch, partial use of the garage, high speed wifi, Amazon shows for music, Smart TVs with streaming services included. All bedrooms feature Vibe mattresses with protector covers, pillows with protector covers, freshly washed blankets and linens, heated blankets for those wintering nights, zone heating and ac is available in the summer months in 2 upper bedrooms and portable ac unit is down in living room. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, TV, electric fireplace and secure direct access to the sunroom. The upper bedrooms feature 1 king bed with dresser and TV. 1 queen bed, dresser and TV. 2 twin beds, dresser and TV. I do offer breakfast which includes, pancake/waffle mix with syrup, oatmeal packets, eggs, variety of coffee, tea, sugar, and a variety of condiments.

Beautifully renovated home! We went up for the eclipse, so our plan was to spent most of the time at home with the four kids and the adults and it was the perfect home. There was games/ toys and a huge back yard for endless fun with the kids. We were able to cook breakfast and dinners comfortably, kat had everything you need to cook those meals. Beds were so comfortable and the heated blankets are such a nice touch for those cold nights! Kat was very helpful and friendly when we had questions and was able to help us resolves any issues we had. Overall a great stay!
Staying at this gorgeous cabin was an absolute delight! The modern interpretation of a cabin space provided a warm and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for our group of three couples. Located just a short drive from Holiday Valley and Ellicottville, yet tucked away from busy streets, it offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. While there were some tractor trailers passing through, they didn't detract from the overall experience. Our host was incredibly helpful and provided us with fantastic dining suggestions, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. We slept comfortably, lived comfortably, and would highly recommend this charming retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. to add on the backyard is massive. so great for dogs that like to run. only one shower although it wasn't an inconvenience for us. just keep that in mind before booking. half bath "powder room" picked up the slack after showers getting ready to go out and whatnot. 10/10 experience.
Kate was extremely responsive and the extra effort for little details was extremely appreciated. Itis a fantastic place to stay, close enough to town, yet away from the business. would absolutely stay here again.
10/10 amazing stay!! We stayed here for a weekend ski trip. The house is comfortable, well-decorated, clean, and had everything we could possibly need! The house was fully stocked for us and Kat was flexible, kind, and thoughtful. We were within 10 mins of downtown Ellicottville. Probably one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!!
