Beautiful condo in a beautiful place! Everything was pristine & it smelled so great in there! Well supplied with lots of extra amenities! We’ll certainly stay there again!

We have stayed at this property many times, but David's condo was a first for us. He was so kind and easy to communicate with. We loved everything about this condo. It was immaculate, up to date, remodeled so classy and has so many thoughtful touches added.

David’s condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Spacious rooms, attractive decor, impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and a great location with incredible views of the lake. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a nice stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable and very clean, the large couch was so cozy and we loved the large windows and view! The location is great for enjoying Hot Springs, and to be able to drive out of the hustle and bustle back to the relaxing condo was very nice. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked and the appliances were nice to use. Unfortunately, the all-season pool was closed while we were there, which was a surprise to us upon arrival. We were excited to use this amenity; we had warm weather in the 70s-80s. David was quick to try and remedy this and offered a full refund for it being closed which we didn't take because that felt greedy to us (but it was a very nice gesture). If the all-season pool was open it would be a 5-star review. The condo is a nice place to stay and we definitely recommend it to others traveling to Hot Springs. Maybe just message the owner ahead of time to double-check that it's open.

This is a great condo with many thoughtful amenities placed in a beautiful quiet setting very convenient location for most attractions. The host was very helpful with perfect communication. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend!!
