Pkace was abs amazing! Bars casinos near by as well as restaurants! Breakfast lunch and dinner places. Beaches. Place its self had a pool, volleyball, table tennis etc… I’d suggest turning the AC as soon as you talk in to the room it does take hours for it to cool down .. beds comfy blankets breathable bathroom are nice as well. Views upon views.

Quite, clean and beautifully landscaped community. It was on the outskirts of Jaco which provided a perfect location (close to restaurants and the main road). The gated entry really helped to keep a sense of privacy and security. The pool was great with small children and allowed us to relax. Despite being in busy Jaco, the surrounding landscape created a sense of an oasis. Unit was very well maintained, host was very responsive and provided recommendation for private boat tour. The only negative was the plunge pool not being heated but the community pool was within steps.

We have stayed in several rentals within Cuidad Del Mar and this is the nicest so far! Super clean, uncluttered, everything worked perfect, the private pool is very nice, and host was very responsive. Perfect place 4 guests where each can have privacy with their own private bedroom. A bonus that we didn't know is that the HUGE complex pool is also directly behind this house and just a short walk out the back yard!
