The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest. At night, the lights of the illuminated city can be seen from the living room and bedroom, as well as Lake Morii. The penthouse is luxuriously furnished. High-quality German parquet, a modern built-in kitchen with BOSCH Home Connect devices such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave and steam function, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine round off a black kitchen. The penthouse has a roof terrace to the east (20 sqm). The apartment is fully equipped with E-Home, all functions can be controlled via Apple Homepods, such as heating, air conditioning, Apple's sound system brings music to every room with Apple music. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and a modern look. The electronic door lock from Nuki facilitates access via keypad and the elevator gives you direct access to the underground car park. A parking space in the underground car park is available. The apartment is equipped with a single room air conditioner. (in every room)

The place looks exactly like in the images and the view over the city is impressive both in the morning and at night. The sofa is comfortable and big enough for two people. All in all, spacious, cosy and worth the price. We had a small issus as we couldn't find any toilet paper🫣 but I am sure it was a small miss out from the cleaning company. Will come back for sure
We had a wonderful stay and we also extended it 2 times. As we were working from home we were not able to walk too much within the neighbourhood and we relied mostly on night. We were impressed by the quietness as Bucharest it's a busy, loud city. The terrace/ balcony was amazing and the view was breathtaking (especially at night). The penthouse it's cozy and warm and we also loved the lighting in the living room throughout the day.
Били проблемы с регистрацией документов, были проблемы с электронным замком входной двери квартиры, вводили по 20-30 раз код. Оказалось батарейка села... Диван в очень печальном состоянии. Белые пятна, и некоторые явно не от еды..Была шерсть животных. В туалете волосы женщины. В душевой вода плохо стекает. Расположение ванной комнаты совсем другое, значит фото не соответствует. Вся квартира в пыли. Особенно батареи и углы комнат. Один комплект постельного белья, на второй не было наволочек. Котел и отопление так и не удалось включить, так как Умный дом и все через него. А подключаться к нему нельзя. В целом ремонт очень дешевый. Квартира конечно с хорошим видом, но вам никто не расскажет что помимо вида на озеро, еще и вид на кладбище. Причем все с одной террасы видно. Расположение и окрестности хороши! Стоит квартира своих денег или нет, решать каждому! Я бы туда не вернулся!!
Loved this place so much!! The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you would ever need. Host is very friendly and responsive, and the instructions were very clear. But, to be honest, what I loved the most was the terrace :) Looking back, I probably spent more time on the terrace than inside the apartment. Overall, I would definitely recommend it and I will for sure stay here again if I'll have the chance. 10/10

The residential area is quietly located on the lake. A developed way at the lake invites to daily walks. The leisure offer is comprehensive. The Club Sportiv 2000 is within walking distance and offers gym, pool and tennis facilities.The daily need for food can be covered by the Lidl market behind the house. Shops and public transport are in the immediate vicinity.
Public transport can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Taxi to the city center (old town) costs about 4 EURO. Taxi to large shopping centers (there are many in the area) are within walking distance or further by taxi (about 3 EURO). The bus stop is right on the street. The metro can be reached by bus or by foot (10 min).
