It has a great location, being 2 mins away from everything you need: * Direct transportation means (light tram 41 or Metro Crangasi) to city center or to King Mihai I Park - Herastrau * A famous daily famers' market * 18/7 Mega Image supermarket, Lidl * Various fresh pastries shops * Pharmacies * Crangasi Park and the biggest lake in Bucharest, Morii Lake where you can enjoy long walks, sunbathing or jogging. It also features a bike trail. * Magic Place Aqua Park The location is in a brand new building with the highest energetic performance by EU standards. It's an open space, one bedroom apartment, fully equipped with: kitchen utensils, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge and mini-freezer, washer and drier, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, walk in closet, own gas central heating, floor heating, hair drier, towels, shampoo and shower gel, linens and bed sheets, 1 bed: 160 * 200 cm 2nd bed: sofa bed 190 * 220 cm, balcony with cozy armchair and a small table, high internet speed perfect for working from home on video conferences, video door phone.

I had a wonderful stay at Maria’s apartment, where everything was as expected and above. All the things in the apartment are brand new, the place is comfortable and stylish. The highlight is the beautiful lake view right outside the balcony, making every evening feel special. The location is super convenient, with a metro station, stores, and a market within walking distance of 2-3 minutes. And the nearby big park around Morii Lake is great for morning runs. In short, this apartment is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Bucharest. It combines modern comfort with a beautiful view and unbeatable convenience. Five stars without a doubt!
Amazing apartment. Everything was clean. Free parking. Near the building subway station and nice modern park. Very friendly host. This is definitely one of the best apartment I've been so far.

New building, the apartment is new, very quite, pleasant, spacious, bright and very comfortable, a bedroom and a living room with air conditioning in each room, everything is new and clean, well equipped - for cooking - oven and gas, dishwasher, washer dryer, cooking utensils, the apartment simply has everything What needs to be done. The most important - a balcony with a beautiful view. Not located right in the center but that's not a disadvantage. A safe feeling in the area, 5 minutes walk to the metro (a trip to the center by metro can take about half an hour), 3 minutes walk to supermarkets - Lidl or Mega and 10 minutes to Korapur). In total we stayed 10 days and everything was excellent. To be "tiny" it lacked a clothes rack, but a washing machine includes a dryer.

Metro Crangasi - 5 direct stations to Piata Unirii (Old City Centre), 2 direct stations to Northern Railway where you can leave for Brasov, Sibiu or Sighisoara, 3 direct stations to Piata Victoriei (Victory Square) where the government building is located + multiple office buildings and a lot of restaurants available. You cannot miss walking via Calea Victoriei to Unirii Square, you'll find a lot of interbellum/interwar buildings and a multitude of terraces and restaurants. 1 or 2 direct stations to Petrache Poenaru or to Grozavesti where you have office buildings (if you are on a business trip) or a 15-20 minutes walk if you prefer that.
Light metro - tram 41 - goes directly to Piata Presei Libere where Herastrau Park is located, Arcul de Triumf or some other business buildings. There are also possibilities to rent pedal boats and many great restaurants next to the lake.
There is also Magic Place Aqua Park available in the summer, 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Supermarket, fresh market, pastries restaurants, Metro, light tram, park and lake are super easy accessible from the building.
