House needs some maintenance.

The villa has a wonderful view which was the reason we booked the place and everything was exactly as shown in the picture. The pool is located on the terrace and again the view is amazing. We were 2 families with 2 5 years who had also had a great time. We booked the place entirely for the view it offered and we were ok with a few issues which we promptly informed the host and he looked into them. Overall, we had a great time.

The villa was not clean,and the landlord claimed that there wasn't enough time to clean it properly because the previous guests checked out late! The WIFI was available only on the ground floor ,and when I complained and asked for a cancellation only then did he managed to find a technician to fix it!

We loved staying at the house, it was beautiful. I’ve rated this place lower as I found the Host a bit rude and intrusive. Because of past experiences he called me in the morning saying he could cancel my trip because I was being joined by my local friends and family which I found very rude. Later on in the evening he called me questioning why there were two cars parked outside making assumptions that we invited more people than planned, he said “I can see there are those cars outside, I can see them”. Wasn’t too happy with this experience, made me feel constantly anxious that he would have us kicked out at any moment.

Incredible property and amazing host! This place is far from North goa- 1 hour drive. This is the only caveat but the place is stunning. People who wants to relax and enjoy, there is no better property!
