Joe was a great host. My brothers and I along with my brother’s girlfriend had a great time. He really saved my vacation as the previous booking I had wasn’t working out. He was quick to reply, his home immaculate and the neighborhood was superb. Solid 10/10!

Everything was ok until we got there and there was left over of food on the sofas , also was left over of dry food stuck on the silverware, the shower in the main bathroom have black stuff underneath, also the jacuzzi didn’t work ,as well the small table outside had a hole in the center as well miss a part of the springs roof outside ,the out side floor by the jacuzzi had green stuff from running water and nobody clean it ! But other than that the place is good ! Good location big house ,I have a complaint which I wanted to posted because we are grown people we agree with him that joe was going to refund me $50 due to the dirt problem and that the jacuzzi wasn’t working ! So we did agree we were going to stay and by the end of the check out he was going to refund me ! He didn’t not kept his word !! Which is hard now to fin people with word in these days ! I haven’t complaint or step it to airbnb because it was $50 shitty bucks seem like he does need them bad because he haven’t
