Good place, the pool and the property is amazing but its a little secluded so take your groceries with you. Zomato also delivers.

We loved this little villa at Edyanchavadi, Auroville. It was hardly a 10-20 minute drive to all the cozy cafes on Auroville road and the beach, etc. The rooms were extremely clean and so were the washrooms. While towels were provided, I feel that basic things in the washroom, such handwash and toilet paper, should have been there, though the host informed me of the unavailability in advance. The road is a little bumpy to the villa, but we didn't mind it because the villa was at an extremely peaceful location. The kitchen is fully functional with a fridge, etc. It was slightly expensive for a pool villa without breakfast and certain basic amenities for a night, but overall, it was a fun stay. It's great if you have a group traveling in terms of cost. Chandru is a gracious host. He is extremely helpful and very prompt with his responses. He even helped us find another stay as we had extended Auroville by a day. Will definitely visit again.
