The ancient rural dwellings: the trulli and the lamia Casa Murredda has beautiful independent suites located in ancient rural buildings, renovated and modernized with all modern comforts. There are 3 trulli Carrubo, Gelso and Melograno, each consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, and the Lamia Jacaranda, with a spacious double bedroom and an en suite shower room. It offers the possibility of using cleaning services, laundry and typical cuisine on site. The location is excellent for reaching all the most evocative places in the Valle d `Itria (Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca). Just 20 minutes by car there are also the sandy beaches of Monticelli, Rosa Marina and Torre Guaceto, a protected nature reserve. - Not drinkable water. - The villa is composed by a main building, 3 trulli and a "lamia"(typical building). - One bathroom is a toilet. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided:mandatory extra price is euro 20 per person per week. - Pool available from May to October. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
