Perfect beach cottage for an adult getaway or two families with kids. Short walk to the beach or drive/park with your gear. Parking passes provided for the 4x4 beach. The pool is open April 15th through end of October. The pool can be heated for a $300 weekly fee in April/May and Sept/Oct. Enter the main floor from your front decks and the space opens up to the great room with living area, dining space and fully-equipped kitchen. The main level has 2 bedrooms... 1 king w full private bath and 1 w twin-over-full bunk plus a separate twin. Full bath in the hallway, plus laundry room. Upstairs is identical to below... 1 king with full private bath and 1 room with a twin-over-full bunk plus a separate twin.

This place is exactly what the photos show. No surprises except how much we love the house and the surrounding area. Martin is very easy to communicate with and has several suggestions on how to navigate the area. I have been to OBX a few times but this was my first stay on Corolla Beach. I would do this again. Very unique experience. The home has everything to make you feel comfortable and is clean. The kitchen is more than well equipped. I hope I get to stay here again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful decor and up to date amenities. The couch, dining room seating and beds were comfortable and clean. Communications from Martin and Rhonda were quick and they are super nice and accommodating. Easy check-in and out instructions and a great welcome guide with 4x4 tips to boot! The scenery was beautiful. We saw horses almost every day. Thank you for letting us stay in your home! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Carova Beach is the northernmost part of the 4x4 beach in Corolla. The paved road ends at mile marker 13 and the house is at mile marker 22. There are 9 miles of driving on the beach to reach the house. Turn left at mile marker 22 and the house is the second in on Sandpiper Rd to the right.
