My family thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas together here at this beautiful beach home. The location and views were as advertised…awesome. Beach access was easy and the sunrises & sunsets were fabulous! The home was quiet, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. We have some great family pictures and memories. I would definitely stay here again!

Vista Del Mar was a great choice for our family of four! The place was clean and convenient, right on the beach with a private pier across the dunes. Great communication and no problems at all.

We loved our stay! We enjoyed a full week in Surfside and couldn't be happier. The house met our needs perfectly. There were 7 of us. The neighborhood is quiet, but close-in. Slept great in the comfy bed. A/C and extra de-humidifier kept things comfortable. The decks make for great views. The private walk to the beach was a welcome addition too. Cooked some great meals on the grill and had a shrimp boil the last night there. Best shrimp I've ever had that they from Capt. Mark's seafood recommended by the refrigerator magnets 😁. Other reviews mentioning the water quality are a moot point it seems because of filters added. From showers to water for the pups, no complaints. I brought my kayak and had several places to launch for inshore fishing within a 10 minute drive. Already dreaming of my next visit.

We absolutely loved this beach house. The set up was perfect. We spent every single evening sitting on the deck, enjoying the breeze and listening to the waves. The lights on the deck provided the perfect ambiance. The kitchen was stocked with necessary utensils and pots/pans. The beds were comfortable and sheets and linens were soft and clean. The deck off of the upstairs bedroom was lovely. The house is in the first row of beach houses and has a beautiful view. It is also incredibly convenient to come back to the house throughout the day while enjoying the beach. The outdoor shower was great. We had 4 adults and 3 children in the house during our stay and we all were comfortable and had more than enough space. I know there were some reviews about the water. I only noticed a very slight yellow tint when filling up the tub but this was not a problem and no other problems with the water noted. We hope to make coming to this beach house an annual tradition because we loved it so much.

The house is very nice and clean, very modern, huge downside was the water, it's not very clearly explained how bad the water is. We were told to bring our own water for drinking and cooking which we did but we didn't even want to shower or wash dishes in the water because it smelled so bad and was yellow. Not having a fresh feeling shower after a day at the beach is a huge downside obviously. Pretty minimal stuff provided, one tiny little hotel size shampoo/conditioner per couple so I'd bring your own if staying more than a night. Overall it's a nice house, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves, but we probably wouldn't stay again unless the water situation was better.
