Private room in peaceful 4 bedroom home located right on 17c in Owego, NY over looking the Susquehanna River. Located in a central location very close to the highway so you can easily come and go as you please. Plenty of restaurants plus more all in walking distance from home. This house is 20mins from the City of Binghamton and Binghamton University and 5mins from Lockheed Martin and just 30mins from Elmira. The beautiful Hickories Park has boat access and more all in walking distance! This is convenient 4 bedroom home. There are 3 bedrooms on 1st level with a shared bathroom, kitchen living room and dining room. The basement bedroom is very spacious with private entrance and private bathroom. The two neighboring businesses close around 4pm and my guest will enjoy reign of entire back parking lot that over looks the river and a quiet evening for the rest of the night with no neighbors to worry about. *INQUIRE ABOUT OUR SEASON DISCOUNT*

Great hosts! Place was great and near everything (Red River Diner right next door was great for breakfast). Check in was very easy as well. Any time I had a question, Julie and Danel were quick with answers. Owega is amazing, and we will definitely be back (and hopefully get another chance to stay in this lovely home on the river) Can't wait to come back, and thanks again!!!

I had a different expectation but then again I understand the price point. The house needs a lot of work and being so close to the road it's noisy. Bathroom door needs fixed asap as other guests woke me up more than once just by closing it. With some renovations it could be much better for guests and more profitable for owner.

GREAT place to stay. CLEAN, QUIET, PEACEFUL, SAFE and SECURE. And AFFORDABLE. Also very warm, which was appreciated with the bitterly cold weather at that time. Many of the "something else(s)" in the ratings I made had to do with their PATIENCE. Even though the instructions in their several communications were CLEAR, I did manage to "bother" (sic) them with asking Danel to repeat them. He PATIENTLY and CAREFULLY answered all my questions. My sister and I are Seniors. Neither of us had ever used a "lockbox" before. We have trouble bending, seeing clearly, and hearing. I very much appreciated his patience. I do hope the following is NOT MISINTERPRETED, but I LIKED that we never actually met them. I didn't really want to talk about where we came from, what the weather was like there, why we visiting Owego, blah, blah, blah! The place was exactly what we were looking for. Also, COMFORTABLE beds, SIMPLE furnishings, great TV! SIMPLE, AFFORABLE, QUIET. Out of room to write more!

Real convenient for traveling nurses. Although we only rented a room the house as a whole was nice, the lake in the back was real soothing down to the diner next door. The bed omg was soft I’ll definitely come back again on my next assignment.

This house is right on Main St surrounded by businesses and restaurants. For your convenience, there is a Sunoco gas station and a Grand Union grocery store just up the street in walking distance, also there is a McDonald's, Wendy's, Arby's, Subway, Chinese food, KFC/A&W, Confection Connection Bakery, Farmhouse brewery, MJ's Bar and restaurant, Ernesto's diner(authentic Mexican food), Dollar General, Vapor King, Valu Home Goods Store and a Laundry mat all right outside your front door in walking distance. Owego's Hickories park also just up the street in walking distance where there is boat access to the river and plenty of outdoor fun! The River Rock Diner next door closes at 3 and you will enjoy no neighbors for the rest of the evening.
