Great spot! The first thing I noticed about this Airbnb is that I felt very secure. It was just me and my 14-year-old daughter so I really appreciated that there were three different doors with codes to gain access to our apartment. We both felt this was a safe environment. Next, the location is exceptional. There is so much just within walking distance and it’s a lovely neighborhood. Really it’s the quintessential Parisian neighborhood that you hope to have for a stay in Paris. Lastly, it was very clean with all of the necessities. Also, the host was very responsive and highly communicative. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a bit of an odor, especially in the downstairs, but once we were in, it wasn’t really noticeable. However, I mention it in case you’re a sensitive individual. Overall highly recommended !!

Fantastic apartment! It’s quite creative as they made a spectacular apartment out of a tricky location. The bedroom is in a stone cellar with incredible bathtub arrangement. Although there are now windows the sleeping atmosphere is very good. The location is perfect, in the middle of a vibrant Marais area. Everything is in walking distance. I would definitely live there. If you want to cook something it’s a bit limited as there is just one induction plate. Overall a very good experience!
