Book Lavern's place! The place is better than the pictures. Close to everything you need. And Lavern is always so helpful from beginning to end.
This is a gorgeous apartment that we definitely recommend staying at. Not only is the apartment lovely and suited all our needs we could think of but the thing that was outstanding was Laverns hospitality. From a hearty welcome to a lovely goodbye we received constant recommendations of where to go, eat and places to see which made our trip so much more easygoing. The apartment was in a great location, only minutes walk from beautiful beaches on the west coast. The public transport is great here if you want to move around the island so the apartment is located in that sweet spot. Many many thanks to Lavern for being such an amazing host and we definitely recommend this apartment!
Lavern is a great host, professional, friendly and helpful. Location is easy walk to Massys, the beach and beach club. Secure and safe with excellent facilities. Great place to just chill in the cool of the mornings, then head to the beach, a few minutes walk and as a base for exploring if that’s what you want to do.
Lavern was a great host and her place exceeded my expectations. The place is in a spot on location and very close proximity to Lime Grove, Surf Side, Massy Supermarket taxis and buses. I look forward to a future stay.
Just back from 8 nights at Lavern’s bungalow. Equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of cooking utensils and use of a washing machine. Air-con in both bedrooms. Everything was spotless. Lavern met us at the property and gave us a quick tour of Holetown so we knew where things were. Use of the beach house swimming pool was great and the sunsets from there were amazing. Lavern recommended some places to visit and we went to The Boatyard for the day on her recommendation and had a great time. We will definitely return!

I was born in Guyana, South America, and moved to Barbados in 1977 at the tender age of 1 making me almost '100% 'bajan'. The casual way of life on the island, makes living here almost perfect, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love the outdoors, especially the beach, meeting people and fostering lasting relationships; I have made friends in every corner of the world during my travels and meeting visitors to the island. My family has been providing accommodation to visitors for the last 15 years in the Sunset Crest Area, and this newly renovated property is a welcomed second addition. I am sure that you will fall in love with the island as I have, and together we can create for you a memorable vacation.
