Nina’s place was the perfect space for us to celebrate a Whitworth graduation and our graduate! Enough space/beds/dishware etc for our extended family group. Beds comfortable, towels fluffy, good water pressure, etc. Close to campus and northern Spokane shops and restaurants. The relaxing back deck and yard and ability to walk the “back 40” of Whitworth’s campus were cherries on top! Nina is a great communicator and I would highly recommend (this was our 2nd stay here).

This was the perfect spot for a weekend of youth sports. Great location and plenty of space.

We enjoyed our stay in Spokane. Nina's communication was very good. She gave us a few accommodations, where were very much appreciated - she allowed us into the house an hour early and she shortened the "quiet hours" from 11pm-8am to 11pm - 7am since we had small children staying there who were awake and active by 7:00. This is an older home, but it was well equipped and comfortable. This is the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in an AirBnb. The cupboards were also all labeled, making it much easier to find things. Minor complaints - the king bed and queen bed had squeaky frames, so it was noisy every time someone got up or laid down.

This was our second time staying here and it was as enjoyable as the first time. Very quiet street with lovely trails for walking or running. We hope to be back again next year.
