This beautiful Tiny Home is located approximately 35km North of Brisbane in the quiet semi rural setting of Narangba. A perfect stop over to relax and put your feet up. The large block provides peace and quite and is also only 2 mins from the Bruce Hwy. Less than 2km from the train station makes for easy access to Brisbane City. Inside the home is cozy queen size bed with a full size shower, toilet, lounge and kitchen. We welcome small dogs. Secure parking with access for caravans is available This Tiny Home is brand new with all its furniture and fittings new. Bedroom. The queen size bed has a medium to soft mattress, made with the most beautiful bed linen. We have two medium pillows and two soft pillows for the perfect night sleep. There is plenty of room to put your overnight bag under the bedside tables. There is some hanging space for you to hung your shirts or dresses. There is a phone changing clock that also tells you the the daily temperature. Two bedside tables each with a lamp on it. The air conditioner is situated in the bedroom but cools or heats the whole Tiny House. Lounge area. You can cosy up on the beautiful and comfortable lounge that can sleep a small child. There are two ottomans to put your feet up or can be used as side tables. The cupboard under the TV can be used for your clothing so you can unpack them out of your suitcase. The wall mounted TV has Netflix, Stan and all the channels you need. The remote will be located on top of the cupboard under the TV. There is space next to the cupboard for your suitcases to be stored. Wifi is connected. Kitchenette. The kitchenette is well equipped with an air fryer, egg cooker for the perfectly cooked eggs. A toaster, jug and microwave. There are some plastic bowls that can be used in the microwave or for making a nice salad. A measuring jug, salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee and sugar is also provided. Steak knives, cutlery set and cooking utensils as well as aluminium foil and plastic wrap. We have provided plates, bowls, side plates, salad bowl, a platter with cheese knives, wine glasses, coffee cups and 2 plastic cutting boards. Fresh milk and water will be put in the fridge on the day of your arrival. A bin, washing up liquid, dish drainer, tea towels, sponge, pan and broom is in the cupboard. On top of the microwave are two empty storage containers for you to store any food that you may bring as well and a drawer in the kitchenette. An iron, ironing board, clothes airer and pegs are available on request. If you need to put on a load of washing on, you are welcome to use our washing machine. A fire blanket is located in the kitchen cupboard. Bathroom. The bathroom has a full size shower with a rain shower head and a hand held shower head. The beautiful soft fluffy towels, hairdryer and hair cleaning products as well as body wash are also there for your use. Extra toilet paper will be in the vanity. As we are on a septic tank so we ask that you kindly use the bin provided to dispose of anything other than toilet paper. Around the grounds. Provided outside the Tiny House is a cafe dining set, perfect place to sit and have a wine. If you feel like eating inside the Tiny House you are more than welcome to take that setting inside. There is a fabulous swing fire pit for you to use. We will supply you with all the wood you need to sit with a wine and watch the fire and relax. There is a patio area just for you where you can use the BBQ or pizza oven or sit and have more glass wine. You are more than welcome to smoke, but at no time are you allowed to smoke in the Tiny House. Ash trays are supplied around the grounds. Pets. If your little fur baby is with you, there will be a basket of towels on the steps of the Tiny House for you to wipe its paws if it’s been raining. We also have a crate if you would like to use it. We have a doggie run on the other side of the property to the Tiny House equipped with a doggie house, fully fenced in area and bowls so it will be very safe if you need to pop out without it. We have a very social fur baby named Sadie. She is a very calm but playful and super friendly baby. if you think Sadie will be too much for your baby please let us know. Thank you, Dale and Kelly
