Great place ! Very convenient if you want to visit Washington . The neighborhood seems to be very quiet and safe. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. Will definitely stay again.

We loved Nhon’s place. It was clean and spacious. Also very easy to get around on the metro to take in sites and super comfortable when we wanted to just stay in! Added bonus the beds were SO comfortable!! Thank you! We’d stay there again if we plan another trip!

We had a great stay here, while touring colleges in the area. The location is very convenient to DC, and we had street parking right in front of the house. Our host had all of the necessary information and expectations clearly outlined, so much so that we never needed to reach out for anything. The space was very clean, with all the right amenities, and having access to laundry machines was so great. Would definitely stay here again!

My family enjoyed using Nhon's AirBnB as our homebase during our DC spring break trip. He was a great host, easy to work with, clear instructions, and his place lived up to its listing and other great reviews. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens), well-appointed, and clean. A short walk to the bus stop, which was then a short ride to the Metro station in Ballston. We were able to see everything we wanted around the DC area quickly and easily. We all agreed that we'd be happy to stay at Nhon's again and would recommend it to others!
