Mon séjour dans l’appartement de Javier s’est super bien passé. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos : grand, propre, bien équipé et situé tout proche de la mer. La piscine est superbe !! Javier est très réactif et sait se rend dsiponible si nécessaire, il m’a meme préparé une liste des restaurants et activités à faire dans le coin. Je recommande ce bien ainsi que son hôte car j’en suis très saitisfait !

Javier was very responsive and helpful from the beginning. The place was clean and in a good location with security gaurds. There is a fruit stand about a 2 minute walk from the place that serves coffee and fresh fruit that I loved!

Javier’s place checked all the boxes for a week long stay: Excellent location, spacious, clean, nicely designed, quiet, and fully equipped. Javier was always very responsive which is very important trait when booking an Airbnb. If you want a local feel with a convenient location to restaurants and attractions, Javier place is your place. Highly recommended!

L’alloggio di Javier è molto carino, dotato di tutti i confort; la cucina accessoriata per ogni esigenza, acqua potabile disponibile e climatizzazione. L’appartamento si trova in un residence molto curato, con possibilità di parcheggio, H24 sorvegliato. Distante 10 minuti dalla spiaggia Los Corales; ma se vuoi spostarti, grazie ai PoppyExpress puoi raggiungere le spiagge vicino Punta Cana (es.Bavaro Beach). Javier è stato disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze.

The place was in an area of the city in which I had stayed before and the price was a bargain for the area. I thought it could be that the community would be below the standards of the surroundings, but it was not lacking in any area. Additionally, unlike most accommodations in the Dominican Republic, the cost of electricity was not an additional charge. This gesture is appreciated. In appreciation, I was not wasteful; I remained mindful of how I used the A/C and water heater. If I returned to this area of the Dominican Republic, I would seek out this listing.
