Great place for a longer stay, very nice host, nice value when booking in Paseo del Mar. Beach is a 5 minute walk! Can be noisy in the evenings.

Great spot for a long stay! The check-in instructions were remarkably clear. They even included info to help fill out the arrival paperwork. The team was super responsive. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The internet was fast but you have to bring an Ethernet cable if you need fast internet because router was only okay. There was some noise on certain nights coming outside the building but that’s probably unavoidable in a party place like PC. Most of the nights were peaceful.

Our stay was overall pleasant - flat was as described, spotless, beds comfortable. AC runns good, the internet was fast. What I didn't enjoy was the noise coming from the pool which is placed in the middle of all buildings. Some neighbors were also pretty noisy and constantly sitting on their balcony. You can hear a lot of traffic inside the apartment - that's not something the owner has any impact on, I'm just mentioning is cause some people react bad to noise. The owner itself was very helpful and reacted to any questions fast! I recommend going to the La Bruja Chupadora for dinner, other restaurants in the area were expensive and mediocre. Visiting the beach will be a bit tough if you don't have a car - all the near ones are occupied by resorts. We drove to Bibijagua every day.
