Responsive host and the Airbnb was in a great location but it was still really quiet. The highlight for me was security. They were really nice but made me feel very safe. Very welcoming! I would definitely stay here again!!!

L' appartamento era davvero pulito e ben arredato, dotato di tutti gli accessori utili sia per la cucina, bagno, ferro da stiro, attrezzi per la pulizia. La zona in cui si trova lo stabile è buona, a 5 minuti a piedi si hanno diversi ristoranti disponibili e a 10 minuti a piedi la spiaggia. Il Residence è tranquillo, sia il giorno che la notte, sicuro e ben sorvegliato. Tutta l'area è pulitissima e ben mantenuta, sia quella esterna che quella interna. L'unica piccolissima difficoltà che abbiamo avuto è stata con il trasporto del bagaglio dall' auto alla stanza che non è comodissimo. Comunque qualcosa di davvero insignificante. Per chi la sera avesse voglia di rilassarsi a casa arriva facilmente il servizio delivery. Struttura e servizio ottimi in tutti gli aspetti. Super consigliato.

Nice and comfortable apartment and the host was very responsive and took care of the couple small issues I contacted them about. Overall the stay was enjoyable but I have to mention that the water quality was not very good. I'm aware that the water from the taps shouldn't be used for drinking but the water had a bad odor and left an orange residue on things. My fingernails had a slight orange staining after my 3 week stay. If the hosts could do something to improve the water quality, maybe renovating the pipes or working with the building to improve filtration it would be great

The apartment is great… was as described. The pool is almost always empty which was nice and the roof terrace is Amazing for bbq. Communication with the host was always good. The downsides of the apartment was the noise at night as there was dogs barking next door many times but 90% of the time it was perfect and not too noisy. The sun loungers on the terrace were broken unfortunately but luckily there was other furniture to sit on. Overall this is a great apartment we felt very safe and would come back again! Thank you to the host!

Overall good value for the price. However, there were some things that reduced the experience: 1) the hot water tank leaked and flooded half the living room - management was slow to respond and we had already cleaned up most of the water with towels by the time someone had arrived to replace the tank, 2) we had to leave earlier than expected due to a return to office mandate, but the host verbally harassed us for not telling them in advance (maybe due to different experiences, but I've never encountered a problem for checking out early), 3) the water tastes and smells metallic when you shower and also leaves a residue for any dishes you try to wash, and 4) not really the airbnb's fault, but the beaches near the airbnb are covered in seaweed during the summer months, so you won't get the white sand beach experience if you come here during the summer.
