This was a beautiful rental and it was clean. The location was great and the host was responsive. But we felt it fell short in a few areas: --The sliding door on the main level does not lock. This has been said in other reviews and responded to by the host, however it was still not fixed during our stay. --There are no washcloths and the number of towels and hand towels is minimal. This has also been noted in reviews. --There is no soap/body wash for the showers (there is hand soap and dish soap) and there is no iron. Both of these items are stated as being present in the property. --The frame on the king bed on the upper level is very squeaky to the point where it kept our family members up at night. When one person turned, the other heard it. --The area rugs ends need a simple tape down on the ends as they are trip hazards. --The rubber door sealer between the garage steps and the main room is a trip hazard. --No extra blankets which you might want in winter as we did.
