We had a wonderful week here in the off season!!! The place was literally the cleanest place we ve ever stayed on arrival… I felt totally comfortable immediately. The view is gorgeous, dolphins everyday, close to absolutely everything!!! I cannot say enough good things about our stay here!!

Great place, very clean and well appointed. Nice place for the price. In the middle of everything, and a great view. Lots of nice little touches. Very tight parking though.

We have been coming here for 7 years now, and it's one of my favorite places to be. I love to sit on the balcony, have a cup of coffee, and just watch the waves. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of Virginia Beach, and is always spotless and comfortable. If there's ever an issue, Debbie is responsive and friendly. We can't wait to visit again!

Debbie was a wonderful host and very accommodating. she responded to all the questions we had and was very friendly. the condo was very spacious and in a beautiful location with a view overlooking the beach and the ocean exactly as described. you can walk for miles and never run out of things to do or look at. there is also tons of food in the vicinity. the condo needs a bit of updating and the water pressure in the shower isn't very strong but we still very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent from Debbie again in the future. wonderful all around!

Location is everything at Debbie’s place! When you exit the condo, the beach is right there to your right, and the boardwalk is right there to your left. Everything you need is within walking distance. Also, the reviews don’t lie - you can see tons of dolphins in the morning right from the balcony, so don’t waste your money on a dolphin tour bc you’ll see more dolphins from the balcony at Debbie’s place. We highly recommend staying here. We are a family of four with two young boys and Debbie’s place was perfect for our family’s beach vacation.
