We thought this house was even better than the photos (which were fantastic!). We had high exceptions and they were exceeded. The living space is perfect for larger groups. The kitchen was clean, well labeled and had everything we could have possibly needed. There were even spices. The king beds were very comfortable and we all appreciated the extra towels and wash-clothes. We were going to an event at the UW and the drive was less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood was very peaceful. I wish we could have stayed a week! Highly, highly recommend.

This place may look a smidge north on the map, but it’s so incredibly convenient to everything in seattle because of its proximity to the freeway. It took us 10 mins max to get to the studium, space needle, etc - just a stellar location. And it’s a cute house in a quiet neighborhood - really loved our stay. It’s also MUCH larger than I had expected, with multiple places to spread out (two separate tv/living rooms) - and two huge dining areas, plus a kitchen that had everything you’ll ever need and more (and spices!!!). It was also labeled - like, instead of wondering what every light switch is for, it’s labeled and tells you so there’s no guessing! Same with the kitchen - every drawer is labeled which makes it so much easier to get around! We just loved our stay - super host, comfortable beds, FOUR huge bedrooms, and the master shower was fab. We feel so fortunate to have found this rental and will for sure book next time we’re up in seattle! Thanks for having us!!

Great space with plenty of couch room to watch TV - with 2 separate spaces, and 2 dining room tables! The home was perfect for our traditional family Christmas week of watching Netflix and playing cards. Clean and well-appointed kitchen!

The house offered plenty of space for group to gather and was conveniently located not far from I-5. The street was narrow, but we always found parking close to house in the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were all well marked for ease of finding items. Stools were provided for the "short folks" as the kitchen (and master bath) counters met the needs for the taller guests. Jon was very accommodating and responsive to questions and and we appreciated his helpful dining suggestions. Enjoyed our five night stay at the house!
