Wonderful home! Clean, cozy and had everything we needed. 4 houses from the sand sounds too far when you’re there to see just how perfectly close you really are! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommended it. Teresa is a wonderful host; there are not enough words to describe her.

This place is a magical retreat. Very charming and peaceful. The sunroom is my absolute favorite. Aesthetically pleasing. No cookie cutter boredom. I took my 73 year old mom on an off season beach trip. Had our own private bay, essentially. It’s like a calm beach. Also perfect for a lovers getaway. Gas fireplace inside. One outside too. Home away from home. Highly recommend.

This is a nicely renovated Cape May Cottage. Small but spacious. Plenty of room for 2 or 4 adults with or without four-legged companions. Kitchen packed with "real" amenities like spices and popular sauces. Very nice sun room addition in back with comfortable couches and media options. Nice place to hang out, play cards or just chill. Ample work station also. Perfect back yard for furry friends to chill. Lots of amenities, outdoor dining with grill, hammocks, and lounge chairs. LOTS of sun. Did I mention the beach? We had a blast and it was only February.

Teresa is a very kind, generous host! She responded quickly and was extremely accommodating to our needs/requests. The Happy Shack is clean and comfortable with an awesome kitchen and sunporch. We could not have asked for a more beautiful location. Overall a wonderful place -- we hope to stay again!

Such a cute little home and in a great location- you can’t beat being able to walk to the beach! The sunsets were amazing and it was a great place to go for a stroll with the dog to wind down and get some incredible photos. Teresa was proactive with communication and checking in to ensure all was okay and we had everything needed. She also added a Very cute touch to have dog bowls, a dog toy and some treats ready for our pup - he loved it as well, especially the treats! Would 100% stay here again - our stay was seemless and a much needed getaway!
