The house was very nice and up to date, with amenities and full kitchen. The cottage was a cool extra bedroom as well. There was a lot to do within 30 mins of the place. The beach was walkable distance. We would have had way more fun outside at the local state parks, beach and fishing more. We experienced a lot of rain which put a damper on things, but that’s nothing anyone can do. Would go again!

The backyard was spacious, pretty, and private, equipped with a great swing for the kids, a comfortably furnished deck (for the old folks), trees, plants, and birds, and a screened gazebo. We never got around to using the fire pit and the grill, but I bet they worked as well as everything else at the house did. Our dog could have stayed in the yard all day, but when he found about the beautiful beach a three minute walk away, his priorities shifted. The house was full of visual treats, comforts, thoughtful (and tasty) surprises, and many conveniences, from three ways to make coffee, televisions in almost every room, to an excellent bread knife. We couldn’t have asked for more. And Teresa was always available by Airbnb email if we had questions, which was a big help until we got oriented. I hope we’ll be back, the next time we are ready for a Jersey Shore get away.

Wonderful house. Fully stocked with everything needed. Felt like home….so comfy!!! Neighborhood reminded us of a New England beach town. Loved it!! Nan and Alan

We stayed at Teresa's place for a family vacation with our toddler-age daughter and our dog. We absolutely loved it! The house felt bigger than the photos indicated and was super comfortable and relaxing for our family trip. Lots of natural light everywhere, and a beautiful, large, and well-kept backyard to boot! The house has many thoughtful touches and details, and Teresa was a great, kind, and thoughtful host as well! Teresa even left us a blanket and towel for our dog, and some chocolates and cookies for us :). We also loved that the house is just a short walk from the beach, and there are lots of food options and a grocery store nearby. Teresa was highly responsive, helpful, and friendly. Would absolutely recommend!
