The Place and the room is good, The advantage is walkable to Baga Beach. The kitchen doesn't have all the utensils, But the Owner is responsive, So check with the amenities Immediately, so that they will respond. I felt it would be better if Bedding and Cleaning services are there on a daily basis. Suggestion: If anything is needed, you should check with the Owner directly, otherwise we are not sure if the caretaker conveys that to the owner or not and will delay the turnaround time.

There was no water in the entire building and the host didn't even care to inform us. We had to go to the place and check it ourselves. Also he promised 2 ground floor 1bhk apartments. but when we got there he showed us a dusty and unclean room and was trying to check us into it. when we asked about other room he said he gave it to a wheelchair person and can't give it to us. And he was offering us a first floor apartment. When we went and checked that there is no water then he started saying that there is no water. He should have been forthcoming about it. Only thing nice about this apartment complex is the location. its just opposite to the titos lane. We didn't like the overall look of the apartment complex and it's congested.
