The place is good and livable. Basic amenities are available but the kitchen needs an upgrade if you're staying for a longer duration. The cleanliness is spot-on but the linen wasn't up to the mark. The price is a bit on the higher side but the infrastructure is nice and cozy. Had a major struggle with the power back-up so that definitely needs a bit of an attention. Caretaker was friendly and approachable, helped us whenever needed.

We had a amazing stay and the hosts were super responsive, the property is located at a very quite and peaceful surrounding and very close to major tourist spots. The house keeper was also very helpful and helped us to arrange a lot of things for the trip. The complimentary breakfast and Tea was also cooked very well. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it if you are looking for some peaceful and relaxing stays in North Goa.
