The furniture was old and uncomfortable the house had very musty smell. Which we could not get rid of even with the doors open. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dusty and other dishes were dirty. Kitchen table needs to be replaced because it consisted of base with a folding top not attached to base. Tabletop tilted very easy if a person put their hands on one side the other side would come up. We wonder if the tabletop was attached. Peaceful and quiet location. They gave us 2 keys and only one of the keys worked. Went by the office but it was never open. Did not call the emergency number concerning the keys. We just made do with 1 key.

The place is ok. The driveway is far to steep. The parking spot has steep steps. The front door has a 6 inch step up trip hazard. The home is definitely not ADA compliant. All beds were very uncomfortable and for the place that does not allow pets there was cat hair all over the comforters and kibble on the floor in places. I did reach out to Dawn at the office she was very helpful and sent the cleaning lady over to swap out the blankets but the cleaning lady did not bring more blankets she said they were out and we could use our own. Thankfully my daughters travel with blankets. I reached out to Dawn again and let her know there were no dish towels or rags and not enough bath towels. I also let her know the concern with the cleanliness. Dust was caked on ceiling fans (all of them) and dirty appliances and floors. It was a Sunday but she came over right after church and brought blankets and towels. The office lady Dawn attempted to above and beyond to try to make it right.

It was a very quiet & private place, which was great. Only complaints I have are there were only 2 wash cloths for the whole weekend. The bathtub had pubic hairs in it, so, I had to clean it before I could take a shower. I got ready to go to bed & the bedspread had stains on it from something that had been spilled on it or where someone sweated on it. Also, the pillow shams had stains. We paid for Friday-Sunday, we stayed Friday night & ran around all day Saturday, so, we left our luggage there for the day & when we got through running around, we came back to house & got our things & left out around 8pm Saturday night. We didn't stay the second night. The yard, also, needs to be cleaned up. There's dead trees & tree limbs laying around & landscaping out front was grown up with weeds. But it was great for privacy & a quiet weekend.

Cute lil place. Not a new home so we had a few issues but ll in all it was great.
