The picturesque fishing port of Padstow is also only a short drive away. The house offers open plan kitchen and lounge area with French doors leading onto the enclosed garden, with an outside table and chairs that is perfect for alfresco dining. The generous master bedroom is upstairs and is fitted with a double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of draws, bed side tables and a smart TV. The family bathroom is opposite with a walk-in shower, with separate bath, toilet and basin. Downstairs the beds in the second bedroom can be arranged as either a double bed or as two single beds, also with wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall mounted smart TV. The third bedroom offers a triple bunk, with a single child’s bed on the top and a small double bed on the bottom, chest of draws, wardrobe and also wall mounted smart tv. There is also a ground floor toilet. To the rear of the property there is a heated outside side shower, ideal for washing off after a day at the beach. All bedding and bed linen is provided, towels are also provided and pets are welcome.
